Patent and Information Search Services
RSE «NIIP» conducts preliminary analysis on patent capacity (protection capacity) of industrial property objects, various types of searches, including thematic, firm and numbering searches, search for patents-analogues, search by international patent classification, and also carry out comparative analysis of the information about the registered object of the invention, the utility model.
Patent search allows to check the degree of uniqueness of the invention, to define its field of application, including the investigated, as well as related and other fields, to establish the presence of analogues, to obtain information about persons on whose names patents are issued, persons who use similar inventions in their activities, as well as to identify possible violation of third parties' rights to intellectual property objects.
In addition, patent search allows to determine the general state of studies in an area of interest. Analysis of search results allows to make predictions, to identify trends in the future development of the invention and its analogues and industries, in general.
